Settle into our spacious apartment on rue de la place du Marché Lajarrige, in one of La Baule’s most pleasant and lively neighborhoods. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, the market, bakery, cafés, and of course the beach right at your doorstep! Comfortable sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: double bed with private washbasin. Bedroom 2: double bed and single bed. Upstairs: sleeping area with a single bed. Inviting spaces: Bright living room Fully equipped kitchen Bathroom with bathtub and sink under the eaves. Enjoy the famous La Baule bay, known as one of Europe’s most beautiful beaches. Stroll along the seaside promenade, try water sports like sailing, paddleboarding, or kitesurfing, cycle along the coast, or visit the Barrière casino. Nearby, explore the Guérande salt marshes, the wild coast of Le Pouliguen, or take a boat trip to the islands. Nearby activities: Sailing clubs and children’s activities just 2 minutes away on foot. The apartment has fiber internet and a smart TV. Guest access: The entire space is private for you, so you’ll feel completely at home during your stay. Easy access without a car: La Baule-les-Pins train station is just 8 minutes’ walk away. Bus stop 3 minutes away, serving the town center and tourist sites. Electric bike rental station right outside the building. Parking: There is no parking in the building, but you can park easily and for free very close to the apartment. Cleaning is mandatory and available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are also available for an extra fee.
